League's the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

To get started this will be a reoccurring segment in which I pick a Champ and discus where they stand in terms of balance. The three choices are......

Good: The Champ is in a good place and could only use minor changes

Bad: The Champ is below average, needs buffs, or others do their job better

Ugly: The Champ is over powered, unfair to play against, or has broken mechanics

I will as always give my opinion on said Champion and ask my viewing audience to give their opinions. I will go in depth with what I would change or not change and compare the Champ to others of his/her like.
